Real Estate Finance, Workouts and Restructuring: We represent major financial institutions, investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, opportunity funds and servicers in all aspects of real estate finance, including but not limited to, the origination, syndication, purchase, sale, and modification of mortgage and mezzanine loans ranging from multi-level debt structures to standard mortgage loans involving properties of various sizes and complexity.
We also represent lenders in the sale and purchase of performing and non-performing commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans and interests therein, the restructuring and workout of such loans and the foreclosure of mezzanine loans pursuant to the UCC.
Acquisitions and Dispositions: Our experience includes representing developers in the purchase and sale of properties all types, including but not limited to office, retail and mixed use properties.
Leasing: We represent both landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting leases, lease amendments, lease releases with respect to office and retail space.
